Pat McGrath Awarded Damehood

Pat McGrath has been honoured in the Queen’s New Year 2021 Honours List, for services to Fashion, Beauty and Diversity.

Raised in Northampton, Pat McGrath is a British makeup artist, and the creative design director of Procter & Gamble beauty. McGrath has become one of the most influential and well-respected make-up artists in the fashion industry, who regularly directs the make-up for catwalk shows, advertising campaigns and editorial shoots for some of the world’s biggest fashion houses, and publications. McGrath also has Pat McGrath Labs, which launched in 2015, in 2019 the company was valued at $1billion.

 

Pat McGrath is the first makeup artist to be awarded a Damehood.
