COVID-19: Close Contact Services Guidance Update

The Working Safely During Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidance from the UK Government has been updated.

The Close Contact Services guidance within Working Safely During Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been updated, it now takes into account the new tier system.

 

The updated guidance includes:

  • New local restriction tiers information and clinically extremely vulnerable (section 3.1).
  • Updated priority actions.
  • Updated Introduction.
  • Updated risk assessment information (section 1).
  • New NHS Test and Trace section (section 2.1).
  • Updated keeping clients and visitors safer (section 2.2).
  • New ventilation advice (section 2.3).
  • Equalities progress report added (section 3.1). 
  • PPE section simplified (section 6.1).
  • Updated face coverings for clients (section 6.2).
  • Updated outbreak advice (section 7.1.2).
  • New canteen and restaurants advice (section 7.4).
